1.4- Who is a treatment agent?
For the purposes of this privacy policy, ACE CATANDUVA is considered a treatment agent, acting predominantly in the role of controller.

1.5- Who is the data subject?
For the purposes of this privacy policy, all visitors/users of the ACE CATANDUVA website and application are considered data subjects, especially those who interact through the available services.

2- Data Protection Officer.
ACE Catanduva, pursuant to art. 41 of the LGPD, appointed an office in charge of Data Protection, in the persons of Isabella Souza Rainho de Oliveira Poli and Paloma Fernandes Lins, who can be contacted through the electronic address dpo@acecatanduva.com.br.

3- What personal data do we process and for what purpose?
ACE Catanduva collects and stores personal data in the manner described here, valuing their privacy and protection based on the principles of reliability, integrity and availability. It treats personal data only for legitimate purposes, ensuring that the processing of these personal data is carried out specifically for the purposes for which they were collected, or for purposes compatible with those. It also emphasizes that it is not intended to carry out any processing of sensitive data or of minors’ data, given that if it is identified that these types of data were provided by the user, they will be automatically deleted.

3.1- Information you provide us through the “Contact” form: We collect information such as full name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, city and state in which you reside. ACE Catanduva does not intend to process personal data other than those listed above, however, in addition to this information, other personal data may also be collected that may be entered in the free fields of this form, namely, “Subject” field and “Message” field. ”, which are informed by the user’s free will. The data collected will be processed for the purposes of clarifying doubts or providing services, as requested by the user.

3.2- Information you provide us through the “Auditorium rental” form: We collect information such as full name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, city and state in which you reside. ACE Catanduva does not intend to process personal data other than those listed above, however, in addition to this information, other personal data may also be collected that may be entered in the free fields of this form, namely, “Date and time of the event” and field “Description of the event” by the user’s free will. Such data are informed and stored for the purpose of scheduling and booking the auditorium for the event, as requested by the user.

3.3- Information you provide us through the “Send Resume” form: We collect information when you register your resume, and the following data are collected and stored: Name, e-mail, cell phone and file containing other personal and professional information shared for the purpose exclusive right to apply for any vacancy.

3.4- Information you provide us through the “Be an associate” form: We collect information related to legal entities such as Trade Name, Company Name, company address, CNPJ, among others, as well as some personal data of the person in charge of the company, which are full name, CPF, date of birth and contact telephone number. The data collected will be used for the purposes of registering the company with the association, as well as for ACE Catanduva to be in contact with the purpose of prospecting, as requested by the user, or for the purposes of business partnerships, disclosure of company and the services provided, sending news, newsletters, events and marketing communications.

3.5- Information collected through the app: when the user downloads or uses our app, we may receive data related to their location, as well as about their mobile device. Most mobile devices allow the user to turn off location services if they don’t want to share it.

3.6- Information collected from other sources:

a) Public sources (eg JUCESP): ACE CATANDUVA may collect and store information contained in public environments for the purpose of updating registration and to meet its legitimate interests.
b) Agencies or credit agencies: ACE CATANDUVA offers services for consulting the CPF at the SERASA credit protection agency, through which it has access to personal data of citizens for the exclusive purpose of carrying out said consultation based on the protection of the foreseen credit. in article 7, item X, of the LGPD. For the aforementioned research, the interested party must inform the research CPF and, in turn, ACE CATANDUVA disposes of the information retained due to the service provided daily.
c) Service of registration of companies with JUCESP: ACE CATANDUVA offers support services to entrepreneurs in the registration and regularization of their companies, being certain that, in the provision of this service, it only has the role of operator, using the personal data of the representatives and partners for specific purposes of obtaining the respective registration with the Board of Trade of São Paulo. The personal data collected for this operation are not stored by ACE Catanduva, being provided to the aforementioned body, being under the custody of that body and duty of protection and privacy. It should also be noted that the information may be made available to the public by JUCESP, in compliance with items II and VI of Law no. and/or advertising.
d) Membership form: In the membership forms that are filled in by all those who wish to form the association and sent physically or by electronic means (official email and whatsapp), information related to the legal entity is collected, such as Trade Name, Corporate Name , company address, CNPJ, among others, as well as some personal data of the person in charge of the company, being their full name, CPF, date of birth, email, telephone and WhatsApp for contact. The data collected will be used for the purposes of registering the company with the association, as well as so that ACE Catanduva can get in touch for business partnerships, send news, newsletters, events, marketing communications and support in the dissemination of the company and services and/or products provided or offered by it.
e) Term of agreement: Information related to the legal entity such as Corporate Name, company address, CNPJ, among others, as well as some personal data of the person in charge of the company, namely, full name and CPF, with the specific purpose of execution of the contract and the controller’s legitimate interest.
f) Delivery of CVs: CVs can be sent, in addition to the channel available on the website, in person.

4- Access to personal data provided with third parties.
We do not sell your personal data or provide it to third parties for profit purposes. We only share your personal data with: a) partner companies in cases of applying for vacancies or registering CVs with the specific purpose of trying to obtain insertion in the job market; b) compliance with court decisions or requests from public bodies and competent authorities; c) companies that provide technological and operational infrastructure services; d) protection in case of conflicts; e) service providers such as marketing/advertising companies, provided that in the cases of items “a, “c” and “e” personal data are accessed for the specific purpose of developing the contracted activities, being duly guided by the prohibition of misuse of purpose under the law; 5- International data transfer. We do not transfer your data to other countries. 6- How long do we store personal information? We store the information provided by users for up to 10 (ten) years or even for the time necessary to comply with the prescriptive rules provided for in the Brazilian legal system, being later discarded.
