DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH LGPD
As of September 18, 2020, Law No. privacy and the free development of the personality of the natural person.
It is important to clarify that the requirements set out in the LGPD cover the entire operational and strategic process in which personal data is processed, regardless of whether the treatment takes place in a physical or digital environment.
Personal data processing is considered to be any operation carried out with personal data, such as those relating to the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of the information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction, pursuant to item X of art. 5 of the respective legislation. Thus, there are several procedures to be analyzed and revised so that controllers and operators are in compliance with the Law.
ACE Catanduva, as a commercial and business association controlling certain personal data, assures the holders of such data that any and all processing will take place in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, especially with regard to the cases of treatment, leaving any manipulation other than those provided for in articles 7 and 11, depending on the express consent of the holder, as well as safeguarding that they are stored and protected against access by unauthorized third parties, and will remain for the period of time necessary to fulfill their purposes.
In this sense, Ace Catanduva reinforces its commitment to all LGPD principles, namely: purpose, adequacy, necessity, free access, data quality, transparency, security, prevention, non-discrimination and accountability and, in attention to the provisions of art. 18 of this law, data subjects may obtain information about their personal data from the office in charge of data, through the email dpo@linserainho.com.br.
